Repairs
Rips and tears are the most common repairs and require our furriers to open the lining of the garment and reinforce the form area and sew it back up. The smallest tear can lead to the costly replacement of a complete pelt or section if not attended to properly. A minor wear from fur cuffs, pockets and hemlines. Be sure to have your coat thoroughly inspected and maintained annually in the spring. During the clearing we inspect your fur and check the seams, particularly at the shoulders, front, closure, and pockets; check the lining and the neck and sleeve and the entire back area where the coat receives the most wear. We always call our customers first with an estimate before doing any repairs. When dealing with a serious repair we also suggest all the options we can do with a garment. Such as, remodel if the rips or skins are severely damaged. We like to provide you with satisfaction with our work and of joy for many years to come.
